Founder and director of MD Management Development Michele is a highly respected HR and management development consultant with a proven track record of adding value through people focused solutions that really work.
Michele has worked in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally and has over a decade of people management and development experience. During that time she spent six years as International HR Manager at Oxfam where she traveled extensively and was involved in a number of global people management and change projects. Combining both a strategic and operational background she has experienced first hand many of the challenges that managers grapple with on a day to day basis.
She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an accredited consultant with the National Council for Voluntary Organisations. She is an experienced HR professional and facilitator and has written a number of publications on a range of people management issues including career transition, reward management, recruitment and retention, learning and development, and a trainer’s handbook.
