Collaborative reward initiative for the international aid sector
We developed an international benchmark reward project for the humanitarian aid sector including salary, benefits and terms and conditions review.
We provided facilitation for working groups and produced of a good practice, no nonsense guide to developing a reward policy which has been warmly received inside and outside the sector.
We scoped future collaboration and research activity and a sector wide benchmarking exercise and continue to facilitate and advise the steering group.
International reward review
We have undertaken reward reviews for a number of international NGOs including employee contracting to support recruitment, retention and motivation of staff.
Reward system design
We undertook a collaborative project to design and support delivery of reward structure and supporting policies for an international relief and development agency.
This involved job evaluation, salary structure and terms and conditions and benefits surveys to deliver a solution that will contribute to organisational growth through better recruitment and retention of a diverse multinational workforce.
