We developed and launched a range of client branded career management materials which are being used to support successful outplacement and career transition activity nationally.
This included the design and delivery of a train the trainer accreditation event with support material which has improved the consistency and quality of training delivery.
Performance development tools
We designed an on-line personal development planning and career management tool linked to our client’s competencies framework for more effective development planning and activity.
Training
We created a series of people management seminars to build management capability and confidence.
These included: introduction to performance management, managing poor performance, flexible working, talent management and the secrets of high performing managers.
