We worked with a client to redesign a their performance management process and supporting documentation to facilitate a more people focused and effective day-today management approach rather than simply an annual paper exercise.

We have audited, evaluated and made improvement recommendations for the performance management system of a major UK charity to support enhanced personal impact. The action plan is currently being implemented.
