Emma Thompson

Emma specialises in behavioural coaching, helping clients at all levels with succession planning and career management, communication and influencing, leadership development, strategy formulation and change management.

Emma uses her knowledge of business tools and theories, role play and creative thinking techniques to encourage individuals and teams to explore current workplace issues in a supportive and safe environment. Her sessions are outcome driven and performance is monitored against goals and success criteria.

Emma has worked with the Environment Agency, Royal College of Nursing and Royal College of Surgeons. Currently she is developing a toolkit for senior management in the public sector for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.

Jacqueline Hill

Jacqueline combines significant commercial management experience, including eight years with the Hay Group, with a passion for the voluntary sector. Her skills include strategic planning, leadership development, change and project management. Roles include adviser, mentor and facilitator in the voluntary and education sectors. Jacqueline also has experience working overseas and an active interest in exploring different cultures.

Her focus is on organisational development and change management in the voluntary sector. Recently she has worked with WaterAid, VSO, Hope and Homes for Children, and is a VSO trainer for pre-departure volunteers. Jacqueline also spent 2003 as a Strategic Planning Advisor for Dipshikha, a local NGO in Bangladesh. She is an approved NCVO consultant (National Council for Voluntary Organisations).
